1. What are your hours of operation? Do you work on nights or weekends? 7:30 am – 8:00pm. Mondays-Sundays; additional early and late hours on an as needed basis.
2. What amount of time notice do you require from lenders to schedule closings? 2-4 hours~ depending on number of documents to download, if borrowers’ copies are needed and to have enough time for travel time.
3. What type of loans do you have experience closing? Mortgage , FHA, VA, conventional, HELOC, fixed rate, ARMs , refinance, reverse mortgage and property tax loans.
4. How many loans have you closed? Over 2000.
5. Do you have the ability to print closing documents, if needed? Yes, HP Laserjet P2055dn ; letter and legal size papers.
6. How do you communicate confirmations with customers to the lender? Whatever is their preference ~phone or email.
7. What cities and/or counties do you provide notary service to? Collin, Dallas, Denton Counties; Cities~ Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Denton, Richardson, Lewisville, Mesquite, Carrollton, Coppell, and many more.
8. How many years of experience do you have as a notary signing agent? I have over 7 years.
