I have worked in the commercial real estate industry for the last fourteen years working with loan documents, psa’s, general contracts and agency guidelines. I have worked closely with the underwriters and closers preparing third party contracts, researching, and compiling due diligence for credit files. Other duties included verifying borrower’s information ensuring mcodes were submitted correctly, preparing files and documents to be delivered to fannie mae and freddie mac. Also manage the inspection process from inception to completion and process financial statements.
