I have a wide range of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry. As Real Estate Broker for 10 year in the State of New York. I relocated to the State of Texas and became involved in the mortgage industry first on the origination side as a Loan Officer for approximately 3years followed by employment opportunities on the service side as a Foreclosure and Title Specialist then promoted to an Underwriter working with various lenders such as Saxon Mortgage, Citigroup and Chase. This experience has given me tremendous insight and knowledge of the documentation and the process of managing and closing a file. In addition I have been a Notary in the State of Texas since 2000 spending some of the time as a mobile notary completing approximately 100 closing.
