Objective: i am seeking assignments having to do with the witnessing and notarizing of loan documents. I am willing to travel throughout collin county to complete the transaction. I can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Experience:
After my graduation from high school in 1993, i went to work for the servicing department of a mortgage company. Over the next seven years, i worked in all areas of mortgage servicing, including customer service, payment processing, hazard insurance, property taxes, loan-ups, and quality controli became very familiar with all mortgage loan documents during this time. I also handled escalated complaints in customer service, and missing payment research and ach drafts in payment processing.In 2000, i decided to stay home and raise a family. In the past 11 years, i have taken on many roles, such as a stay at home mom, president of the moms club of allen, and a leader of my daughter’s girl scout troop.
I was just made aware of the opportunity to become a notary signing agent at my own recent refinance, and seeing the immediate advantages, i obtained the training and certifications that i needed.
