I have Title/ Real Estate closing experience for over 17 years in both New Jersey and South Carolina. My most recent full time employment was as a real estate paralegal, so I am very familiar with closings and mortgage packages. Since I have conducted closings for both title companies and attorneys, I am able to help customers with any questions or concerns. I am very organized, flexible and prompt. I am able to quickly execute and return any and all documents as required. I am more than happy to service the Lowcountry of South Carolina (including Hilton Head, Beaufort, Bluffton, Jasper County) and will meet people at their preferred locations. If for some reason a South Carolina resident is in the Savannah Georgia area (work schedule, etc.), I am also willing to travel to Chatham County, Georgia.
