Working for one of the top national mortgage companies I became interested in the role of a loan signing agent. There I learned how attention to detail is critical and asking questions is always the best course of action. Working with this lender I did review closing disclosures. Since my role was not as a licensed mortgage agent, I learned to state what a document is and where a particular bit of information can be found but not to explain the why of that information.
