I also have over 30 years experience working as a corporate, real estate and litigation paralegal. I have worked with several law firms and corporations throughout the United States. My duties include, but are not limited to, real estate document review, contract drafting, review and negotiations, corporate governance, forming/maintaining legal entities, drafting and analyzing legal documents including resolutions, minutes, bylaws and policies among other paralegal duties.
