I am a liensed real estate broker and broker appraiser. I invoice for services based on state mandates, and number of loans for the barrower.(ask for service fees.)charges for same day services are billed seperatley as is travel.I will not expose myself to the chain of liability where the doc's are sent to the barrower and can not be previewed by the signing agent first.I have also been approved for e-notary and have an electronic notary seal.
