I am a Pa. Notary doing closings for 15 years. Have owned my own business, a title and tag agency contracted with Penn dot for 23 years. I am in the 18833 area. My fee is $100 plus $25 for printing and $20 for fax backs. I need at least 12 hrs notice to do a closing. Will not travel more than 45 minutes to the closing address.
