Hello! I am Brandon and I am a Notary with over 2 years of experience doing refinance and purchase closings. I work with multiple title companies doing closings as a full time job. I have my Pennsylvania and New Jersey Notary commissions. The Pennsylvania counties I cover are Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh and Northampton. The New Jersey counties i cover are Burlington, Mercer, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, and Hunterdon. I am sometimes available for New Jersey counties in the northern part of new jersey. On average I facilitate 10-15 closings a week that include cash, FHA, VA, Conventional, Investment, and Second Home deals. While in a closing, I make sure the buyers and sellers understand the process of buying, selling, or refinancing a property by going through the mortgage and title documents carefully. Keeping a close connection to the title company and/or lender is also important to me so I can assure the transaction goes right. As I have built strong business relationships with title companies, I look to continue doing in the near future.
