+ All signers will be sworn into the signing and all notarial acts are completed in accordance with the laws set forth upon my commission

+ Will never force the signer to sign documents or provide legal advice

+ Can only notarize if I witness the signer signing the documents

+ Documents will be prepped prior to signing as time permits to limit errors and missed signatures/initials

+ Customer copies will be provided upon request in given instructions

+ Scan backs are a part of the service and will never be an issue

+ Duplex printing will never be used nor will trying to fit multiple pages on one sheet

+ All questions beyond the scope of my role as a notary will be immediately communicated to the point of contact

+ Documents will always be delivered as requested and never held for any reason

+ Any need to correct an error made by the notary will be handled expeditiously

I serve Chester County in its entirety as well as Berks, Bucks, York, Lancaster, Montgomery, Schuylkill, Lehigh, Dauphin and Delaware counties. Areas outside of these counties can be serviced with 48 hour notice for an additional fee.
