I was recently certified as a Signing Agent through PA Notary. Before having my son, I worked for Service Link and LSI as a title clearance coordinator as well as a document auditor focusing mostly on rejected documents sent back from the courthouse unrecorded. It was my responsibility to correct any errors to ensure that the document was recorded. Through the two companies it provided me with many years experience in the title company industry. I have the knowledge to secure first lien position for the lender as well as ensuring recordable documents are recorded. It is a future goal of mine to obtain a PA Title Agent License. I am willing to travel a maximum of 30 minutes from my place of business. This area usually consists of Moon Twp, Coraopolis, Aliquippa, Ambridge, Leetsdale, Baden, Cresent Twp, Monaca, Center and the Beaver area.
