I will travel long distances, Portland, Canby and surrounding areas, I charge $125, Edocs included, Fax backs can take up to an hour to prepare and send so there is and additional $25.00 for fax backs. I live in the Oregon City, Oregon area. Fees are negotiable for long distance traveling outside the Oregon City area. I also do evening signings up to 7 pm and week ends. I prefer you use my home phone first. I am well versed in all types of mortgage closings, and have eight years experience as a signing agent/Notary. I am very meticulous with my work and pride myself on being on time and following orders.
