I am trained to handle loan signings and through my Realtor experience, this allows familiarity with traditional buying and selling of Real Estate and accompanying forms. I am NNA Certified as well as a Certified Loan Signing Agent. I am pleased to have the opportunity to work with you and your company. I will arrive to appointments on time and contact the signer if running late. I will not print documents double sided. I will provide signers with a copy of documents. I will scan back documents if required and/or drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4 pm. I will not in any way rush signers or provide legal advice.
