I have been an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent since early 2021 and have completed approx. 1K closings. I have extensive experience with refinance, purchase, seller, reverse closing, & equity/HELOC. I am also an NC commissioned E-Notary w/ device and will be RON-ready once the legislation is passed in July, 2023.
