As a Notary 1st, my main priority is to protect the public from fraud and adhere to all New York Notary License Laws as well as the Signing Professionals Workgroup's Notary Signing Agent Code of Conduct. Honesty, integrity, thoroughness, and open communication are qualities that I consistently bring to every assignment. When working with me you can expect all instructions to be followed as requested. Borrowers will be provided with their own copy, all documents requiring signatures will be signed properly, notarizations will be performed in-person in front of the signers, administration of Oath's will be performed accordingly, and all documents will be scanned and shipped in a timely manner. If any errors are made, I will make it my priority to have them corrected and sent back right away.

Availability:
I am available for signings outside of typical business hours, which includes nights, weekends, and ALL holidays. I am willing to travel up to 20 miles from zip code 11435 to meet customers at their homes or a location that is most convenient to them. Any assignments outside of my range or available hours can be arranged with advanced notice.
