Responsiblities include but are not limited to reviewing and collecting documents in recordable form along with proper fees, verifying the identity of all parties involved and disposing of objections raised in the report of title. With over 18 years experience in many different aspects of title insurance, mortgage documents and yes, even personalities at the closing table, I am considered a professional, astute and diverse closer.

Responsibilites of a closer for the settlement company include presenting mortgage loan documents to borrowers for signature at real estate transactions, Although being a representative of the lender and not the borrower, knowledge of the documents and terms are an essential asset of a desired closer.
I travel to Suffolk County, Nassau County, Queens County and Kings County in the state of New York.
