Signing loan documents can be a stressful process. I strive to create a professional yet comfortable atmosphere for the signers in which they can address any questions or issues and have them quickly resolved should the need arise to contact their representative for help. I am efficient with my time at signings but I never rush the signers, as these are important financial documents.
I promptly communicate with the closing agent or assigned representative as needed.
I cover Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Belen, Los Lunas and have traveled further from my base area of Rio Rancho for an additional charge for time and fuel costs.
