A little about me. I have worked in the Real Estate field for the past 15 years. Professionally, I have worked as a Senior Property Manager, specializing in Tax Credit/Section 8 Multi-Family Housing. I have held a real estate license since 2005 and my license is currently active in the State of New Jersey. In 2008 I obtained my notary commission in the State of New Jersey and have used it in a professional capacity over the last 12 years. Recently, I expanded and obtained my Pennsylvania commission. More importantly, as a real estate professional, I gained experience and knowledge working with contracts and loan documents alongside Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Title Companies, Buyer and Sellers.

I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent with NNA, and specialize in loan documents for Refinance, Home Mortgage Purchase or Sales, REO, Home Equity Line of Credit, Reverse Mortgage, Debt Resolution, Loan Modifications and Commercial Loans.

I am a Full Time Loan Signing Agent and I am available from 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday – Sunday, providing loan services in the following: New Jersey Counties: Burlington, Camden, Mercer, and Gloucester. Cumberland, Salem, and Atlantic, counties for an extra fee. Pennsylvania Counties: Bucks, Philadelphia. Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware.
