I have over 30 years plus with real estate homes sales as a Real Estate Agent and previously as a loan officer in Agriculture Industry. I retired after a successful career but after 3 yrs of retirement decided I wanted to work again. I earned my Notary Commission on March 9, 2019 and then continued my education by becoming a Loan Signing Certified Signing agent with the LSS . I am also certified with NNA . After a lifetime in California I recently moved to the state Of Nevada and renewed my notary license in this state.
I speak fluent English and Spanish but I don't know how to translate intricate loan verbiage . I can guide and tell the borrower and or seller on what form they are signing. I do signings in state of Nevada including cities Dayton (89403), Carson City (89423,89701,89702,89703,89705, 89706, 89711, 89712, 89713, 89714, 89721) Mound House (89706) Virginia City (89440) and Indian Hills (89423) and some areas in Gardnerville and outlying areas as long as it is not too far from my home base. And I can work 24/7 as long as I am given a 24 hr notice so that I can make sure all legal papers are printed and in order .
