I am a Notary with over 20 years experience handling closings, both as a Real Estate Attorney in private practice and as a manager for title companies. My experience includes closing or overseeing more than 10,000 closings. I am now a retired attorney, and completely understand ALL closing documentation, as well as, the limitations placed on a closer for witness closings.
