I am a NNA Certified Signing Agent for part of Texas County, Missouri since 2012. I have 7 years of experience in refinances, reverse mortgages, etc. I also cover parts of Howell and Shannon Counties.

Previously I was a signing agent from 2002-2007 in the tri-state area of Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky, so I have over seven years of experience and well over 500 signings completed.

I do my best to complete closings in a courteous and efficient manner. I introduce myself to the borrowers upon receiving the confirmation as well as let them know to have ID's ready at the table. I also inform them of any other items to have ready if the order lists them such as voided checks or copies of the ID's.

I strive to keep my clients informed of the status of the closings at all times.

I drop the packages in a timely manner and keep package supplies on hand in order to be sure the packages are ready to go quickly.
