I have worked in the Missouri Court Systems for the past 8 years. I currently the Assistant Director, Civil Records - Jackson County Circuit Court (12/7/2017 - present). One of the responsibilities of the role is performing Court Administrator Real Estate Levys and Sales of Real Estate. The steps to perform the levys include - Recording Notice of Real Estate Levy, preparing publication for the Sale of Real Estate, Crying the sale, Reconciliation of Sale, collecting winning bids and commission, preparing Order for Court Administrator Deed and the final Court Administrator's Deed. The types of levys include homestead, non-homestead, foreclosure and partition. My commission as a notary began on January 13, 2020.

I am available to process closings in the greater Kansas City Area and south east area of Missouri. The cities included in these areas are: Kansas City, North Kansas City, Independence, Lee's Summit, Liberty, Raytown, Belton, Peculiar, Harrisonville, Grandview, Adrian, Archie, Garden City, Creighton, Urich, Clinton, Warsaw, Warrensburg, Windsor and Sedalia
