Have been active as a notary signing agent since 2006. Working evenings(after 5pm) and weekends(all days). Would prefer to have documents in my possession between 11:00 am-12:00 pm,central standard time the day before signing or if the day of at least 3 hours before appointment, in order for me to review documents for possible errors and corrections can be made if at all possible. Base-fee in my local area(pike county) will be $85.00, includes all standard documents for printing,however, assignment outside of pike county will be accessed a fee which shall be determined according to the location and mileage at time of acceptance of assignment.
