As your signing agent, I prioritize a positive experience for all parties involved--the escrow officer, loan officer, real estate attorney, and most importantly, the signer. I focus on communicating before and after the signing to ensure the documents are handled appropriately. I focus on every detail of the signing including initials often missed on the 1003 or Notice of Right to Cancel. I prioritize the signing before me because I understand that you need my best work for your success. If mistakes are made, they will be dealt with promptly and professionally. Documents will be returned via Fedex or UPS as soon as possible and scan backs are available immediately following the appointment.
