I've been in the mortgage industry for 5 years and recently became a notary. I currently assist over 80 mortgage brokers as an Account Rep at a wholesale lender and pick up signings outside my full time hours (9am-6pm, Monday-Friday). Working as an originator myself for quite some time and then moving to the wholesale side and having to learn every little detail of the entire transaction, I am very well versed in all the disclosures, especially having to train numerous brokers Post-TRID. I am very well versed with the new closing disclosure and how the top lenders are handling it. Between originating myself, assisting over 80 brokers with their closings and, most recently, working as a notary as well, I have gone through over a thousand closings. I live and work in Troy, MI (Oakland County) and am open to traveling up to 15 miles (potentially further on the weekends). I am available before 9am or after 6pm Monday through Friday and open Saturday's and Sunday's at any time.
