My name is Mary and I am from the Metro-Detroit area. I previously was a Post Closer at United Wholesale Mortgage. What does this mean when it comes to being a Loan Signing Agent? Well, I have reviewed thousands of Loan Documents and know all the documents inside and out. More importantly, made sure that dates were correct, borrowers/sellers signed and dated correctly, as well as check the notarizations. So if a Notary ever had to resign a document or a whole loan, that was because I conditioned out for this. With that being said, over the years, I have perfected loan documents, signatures and notarizations and most importantly, interest lock dates! . What more could you ask for in a Loan Signing Agent?
