I pay close attention to detail and very efficient in walking a borrower though loan documents. I understand how important it is to get all signatures, dates and initials on documents so that there are no funding conditions. I understand the importance of going over the Closing Disclosure, Note and Payment Letter and that Title/Escrow may need Scan backs same day. I arrive on time to all my closings and triple checking all of my work while at the closing table.
