- I read through & follow all instructions provided.
- Docs printed correctly on the appropriate size. NO cut offs nor double sided pages.
- All Michigan Notary laws will be upheld. This includes:
**NOT legally advising, rushing, nor pressuring the signer(s) to sign
**Notarizing at the signing after witnessing the signer sign the documents
**Collecting acceptable forms of ID
- Signer(s) will be provided a copy of the docs unless otherwise requested.
- Will scan back as requested.
- Docs dropped on time for next day delivery for closing finished by 4:00 PM at carrier location (no drop boxes). Drop off receipt available upon request.
- Arrive to appointments on time. Will contact signer on rare occasion I'm tardy.
- I'll communicate with client and signer if any issues occur ASAP.
