I have been a Notary for over a year and really enjoy doing general notary work along with Loan Signing Agent work. I pay close attention to detail, work well under pressure and meet dead lines, very adaptable, and zero mistakes. I first became a notary because we needed one at our Union Hall where I was the Financial Secretary/Treasurer. I love and enjoy meeting new people and learning something new everyday. I know how important it is to you and myself that you hire a good notary because mistakes can be costly and specifically result in loss of business for everyone. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost the mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close or escrow or worse back out all together, and makes you look bad to your client. I believe in being on time for all appointments, time management, making drop times, knowing your docs so you don't miss any notarizations, dates, initials, and signatures. I have all the supplies I need to be successful along with all the credentials you are looking for. I know who to call if there is a typo on docs. I don't just cross out and initial without permission communication is key. I know how to do split docs and I will not charge extra for doing them. I know how to fill out a PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursement of proceeds. Most importantly I know how to fill them out. I
