Part of my job was to review whole collateral packages and check to make sure all required initials, signatures, notary information, and proper documentation were there and in the right place. So, I am very fermiliar with all kinds of packages. VA, FHA Conventional, purchase or refinance. You name i have probably reviewed it for proper information.
