I started this lifestyle as a GN, so I understand what is needed of me, then I proceeded to becoming a signing agent with over 85 general notary signings and about 75/82 real estate related and regular loan signing documents under my belt and increasing as I write.
Three major things I learned since becoming a notary is 1. Protect and respect signers information
2. Have respect for your fellow agents, not only that you may need their help some day but it’s the rightful thing to do.
2. Read and follow instructions as given by title companies because that is why instructions are given. It’s your GPS of documents signing. If in any case you are not sure call and ask questions.
