I am fully aware that as a notary signing agent I not only represent myself but also the lender, mortgage company, title company, etc. as I may often be the first or only person associated in the loan process that the borrower(s) meet in person. In addition to my experience, understanding, and ability to explain any and all loan documents associated with a (conventional/ FHA/ VA) purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage, etc. I also possess essential signing agent resources such as a reliable vehicle equipped with GPS, Laser Printer, dedicated mobile smartphone line to accept, confirm, & schedule assignments, email, FedEx & UPS account, and e-fax line for all notarial business and documentation. I am available full-time, during the week and weekends, willing to accept short notice closings, and drive further distances in Michigan outside the servicing area for a negotiated fee.
