I have capability to accept digital docs and have high speed dsl. I have access to top quality printing.My printer is laser and does support dual tray duplex printing. I have a very flexible schedule and am available on saturdays and sundays also. I keep a very detailed log on all jobs. I am certified.I do thumb prints on all clients. I can also receive faxed docs. Title producers license has been obtained. We cover a large area of northeastern indiana and are very competitive in our fees. I have an office to accomodate the borrowers if they so choose. Office is free of charge set up with fax, copier, high speed internet. We cover all of five counties. Noble, dekalb, lagrange, steuben, and allen. I will cover kosciusko, elkhart and whitley for additional fees.
