I meticulously review each document to ensure all signatures, dates, and initials are complete and accurately completed. I triple-check keys documents such as the Notice to right to cancel and 1003. On a rare occasion, a mistake is made, I will work to fix it as fast as possible and continue to follow up to ensure it is corrected. All documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing is completed. I will keep you informed throughout the process such as, when I arrive and when the documents have been sent.
