With 17 years of experience in the administrative and customer service industry, I began my career in retail before specializing in mortgage servicing and HVAC and Construction dispatching within the administrative field. I later transitioned to the hospitality industry to focus on face-to-face interaction.

My mission is to bring my expertise of 17 years in administrative tasks and customer service to uphold Illinois law, the Illinois Notary Code of Conduct, and the Notary Signing Agent Code of Professional Responsibility in Cook County and surrounding counties in Chicagoland.
