As a loan signing agent, it’s my duty to certify and notarize financial and legal documentation related to loan documents. A loan signing agent typically works adjacent to the real estate industry. It’s my responsibility to act as a third-party witness and ensure that the parties involved follow all the protocols for a real estate transaction. I will also ensure the borrower and lender’s signatures and initials are on all documents and delivered to appropriate location and/or person.
