I am a retired educator after approximately 19 years of service. I have had the opportunity to wear many hats during my teaching career. For example, as a former Academic Intervention Specialist, I had the unique privilege to work with elementary students who had difficulty in the subject area of reading. I collaborated routinely with teachers and parents of the students assigned to my caseload. I provided reading workshops not only for the teachers of students on my caseload but also for the parents to enable them to support the children's reading at home.

I am now a notary signing agent, and I understand the importance of paying attention to details and not creating funding conditions. I will always do my very best to prevent them (for example, not missing FedEx drop time(s) so that documents can be returned in a timely manner.) I am not an attorney. I am a certified signing agent by both the Loan Signing System and the National Notary Association. I would primarily cover the following cities in and out of my county: Gibsonton/33534, Riverview/33578, Apollo Beach/33572, Ruskin/33570, Wimauma/33598, Sun City Center/33573, and Parrish/34219. I would be willing to consider other surrounding cities outside of my county, if time allows and my services are needed. I look forward to working in the mortgage industry.
