My background is in banking and Real Estate. I have worked in a banking and Real Estate industry for 13+ years and was a notary for many of those years. I have been working as a Notary Signing Agent for the last 12+ years, working in the Broward and County Florida area. I have preformed over fifteen hundred closings including purchase closings both buyer and seller side, Heloc,'s Reverse Mortgage closings, Clip Loan closings as well as Single Refinance closings and Loan Modifications. I am familiar most of the documents in a loan package as I was a Real Estate Agent. I am also able to print e-docs with a laser printer. I am efficient, professional, friendly and polite. My background check has been completed and passed. I am also available for evenings and last minute signings.
