I am a Notary Public since 2003, certified and background screened by National Notary Association.Prior to my career as a Closing Agent I was a Real Estate Agent for 18 years. My year’s of experience has provided me with a keen knowledge and skill to handle challenging and diverse situations. Since 2003 I have completed over 7,000 closings which includes all types of loan products, such as purchases, refinances, HELOC’s, RM’s, VA and FHA mortgages.
I am licensed and carry errors & omissions insurance for $100,000.
When I am contacted for a closing I realize I may be the only one to have personal interaction with the borrower and understand the importance of my role as a closing agent. I have handled transactions and communicated with lenders, title companies and signing companies through out the United States.

I maintain a complete office consisting of 2 computers, 3 dual tray printer and can accept e-docs or faxed docs 24/7.
