I have over 20 years of experience in the legal profession as a Paralegal and Notary Public and understand the importance of confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness. I am certified with NNA and LLS and have 100k in E&O insurance. I am knowledgeable in executing loan signings on a variety of mortgage loan documents, including but not limited to, PCOR’s, Trust Certifications, and Notice of Rights to Cancel. I will walk borrowers through loan documents and ensure that dates and signatures are not missed. I will return documents same day or the next morning if closing was completed after business hours. However, my greatest attribute is paying attention to detail. If a mistake or an error is made it will be corrected immediately.
