Mobile Signing Service. Experienced in Purchases, Refinances, HELOC's, Reverse Mortgages, Seller Packages, FHA/VA and Loan Modifications. I meticulously go over each document to ensure signatures, dates, and initials are complete and that the document is filled out properly.

Commitment. I take pride in getting it done right the first time. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will drop what I'm doing and fix it for you ASAP. All packages are returned promptly/on time as soon as the signing is complete. I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

General Notarizations excluding Real Estate transactions are performed at the state rate. Plus, travel fees.

Weddings performed at a standard rate of $30 plus travel fees.
