Fees for Services Rendered in all of Central Florida

$85.00 for Signings in both Polk and Osceola Counties

$95.00 to $110.00 for Signings in both Orange and Seminole Counties.

$115.00 to $125.00 for Signings in Brevard, Hillsborough, and Lake Counties

$130.00 to $140.00 for Signings in Volusia, Saint Lucie, and Sarasota Counties

Special Cases

Electronic or facsimile delivery and printing (up to 2 sets of documents)- add $25.00

Signings from 10:00am to 12:00am- add $30.00

No Shows- add $50.00
