I'm a notary with 15+ years of experience in the mortgage industry. I have been doing notary signings since 2003. In that time I have worked as a title processor / closer for 7 yrs and a mortgage processor / underwriter for 8 years. I am dependable and have an in depth knowledge of the documents and requirements to provide excellent service to the lender and title provider. I can currently cover Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Citrus, Sumter, Polk, and Hernando counties in Florida. I would be willing to travel outside those areas for a reasonable fee. I have completed well over 5,000 signings with no issues to date.
