Some of those years were as an Operations Manager for Smith Barney (Brokerage Firm), It was my job to make sure that customer accounts and trades were in compliance when it came to NASDAQ and SEC Auditing documentation requirements. I later furthered my career as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO of an IBM Business Partner, due to my previous background with compliance issues, my job came to include keeping records and making sure that all IBM Business Solutions were kept in Compliance. I was later recruited to review all RFP (Request for Proposals), and help sales team to make sure proposals were put together to specifications. i am a new signing agent, but i also have 4 years prior experience in the state of California with notarial documentation.
