I am a full-time signing agent who is familiar with refinances, purchases, HELOCs and seller packages.

I have completed the Loan Signing System course, am NNA certified and have over 20 years in the mortgage industry.

I take the time to ensure that every document is explained so that the borrowers always feel comfortable with their closing experience. I understand that I am an extension of the Signing Service, Escrow Officer and Lender. It is my goal to always represent these parties as if they were there conducting the signing themselves.

I am very detail oriented and never miss signatures or dates. If/when I do make a mistake I will go over and above to get the mistake corrected.

I always read closing instructions and follow them explicitly.

Since I am the eyes and ears in the field, I believe in over communicating so that everyone is aware of how the closing is proceeding.
