I was a notary public in the state of nevada for a period of approximately 10 years, and during that time acted as notary signing agent for real estate closings where the borrowers came to my office. I relocated to florida and, since becoming an independent csa in march 2004, have conducted over 500 loan closings, including refinance transactions, purchases, helocs, and condo conversion projects.
