I bring over 30 years of closing experience, including a 6-month in-depth internship in 2018 working for an Orlando real estate attorney while earning a Legal Studies/Pre-Law Bachelor’s degree at UCF. I have completed thousands of flawless closing packages and real estate/legal documents. I continually involve myself with many different types of continuing education to always stay on top of the ongoing needs and requirements of title companies and attorneys.

Quality scans will be provided directly from the closing table. Packages will always be taken to a ship center and handed to an employee: a receipt will be uploaded or emailed.
