I have successfully completed well over 500 closings for various banks & Lending Firms and Title Companies . With the majority of closings, I am the signing agent and will be the first impression representing your firm. I provide an experience for the customer, so they aren't so confused and nervous about the signing process. I currently hold my Signing Agent Certification through the NNA as well as my background screening & E&O. I am available for Manatee, Sarasota, and De Soto counties.
