Edwin, aka Ed, is a commissioned Notary Public in D.C and Maryland, entering service to the DMV during the fever pitch of Covid-19 in July 2020. As a home owner himself, Ed learned first-hand how important an astute Notary Signing Agent can be in the homebuying process.

As CEO of Castrum Realty LLC, Ed is also growing his property management client network. Cutting his teeth through wildly successful management of his own townhouse rental property, rest assured that he'll treat your investment like his very own.

Outside of real estate, Ed is employed as a public sector cybersecurity consultant and holds a Master's of Science with Honors in Information Technology from American Public University System. For fun he plays video games, develops websites, and discovers new music.
